You can loss your weight fun for you if
1)You eat everyday with a variation as you like but avoid fat meat and other meals which contained fat and cholesterol such as cakes,chocolate sweets etc.
2)Do not eat everything such as snack before and after breakfast
,lunch and dinner as a bad habit
3)If you have a diabetes melitus desease do not eat to much some sweets or sweet drinks and its rice should be limited
4)You must do a physical exercise everyday in the morning for at least a half hour or more such as jogging,cycling,walking in haste,playing tennis etc
5)You must eat more fruits and vegetables especially at dinner
6)You must drink only fresh water daily at least one and a half litre
7)You must consult to a doctor if you have done the said above activities in sricly discipline, but your weight is still no decrease.

The diet part can become a bit of challenge and boring at times, but it's the exercise activities you two can plan to do that will make it fun and exciting. Good Luck, have fun, and lose the weight!

Take walks together, before you know you won't believe how far you have walked. Swimming is great exercise and always better with a friend. You can race and play games and also dive for things. In my experience I have always been more succesful when trying to lose weight with someone else. Then when you have a craving or are feeling down. They can help you and then you can do the same for them.

the two of you could take a couple days a week and jog together. get in the kitchen and find recipies for low fat smoothies, try out what you make. go shopping together for a new outfit as you lose weight.treat yourself to something nice for each other when you lose say 5 lbs. if your friend looses 5 lbs get her a 5 dollar gift, 10 lbs 10 dollars and so on. take advantage of 2 for 1 intro specials at places like curves or your local gym or spa. or if you would rather exercise at home have your friend gather some of her fav music on cd;'s and you do the same then you can work out one week at your place and the next week at hers then make a nice lunch for yourselves afterwards

Join a TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) group. They have lots of fun competitions, and the winners actually win cash. It's easy to win, because a lot of people there don't take it seriously. They keep coming back week after week, year after year, not losing weight, and losing their money to the serious dieters. If you enjoy winning contests, TOPS is the way to go. Just do a web search for a TOPS chapter near you.

I guess all of you are bit too over weight. Do you do some exercise ?OR just work out ?
First of all drink plenty of water in the morning after waking up. Dont eat anything for the next 1 hour. Go for a brisk walk. If you are really serious then I can suggest you do Yoga. If you need any help on Yoga then please write back to me with your pics.

walk and chat together to an actual destination makes it more fun than to walk on a treadmill in one place.
also, ride bikes together to a mall or beach or a friend's house or coffee shop or a specific destination.
take a water bottle with you and some mind just in case you get hungry for some healthy snacks.
go to the gym together--time flies fast when working out with someone--you are too busy chatting and hanging out that you forget how long you were on the treadmill or cycle and you end up doing more than you planned. that has actually happened to me.
or just pick a favorite sport that you both love and enjoy, and just do it!

Vary the excercises that make you sweat 30 minutes/day. Try skipping rope one day, walking two miles another day, riding a bike 4 miles another day. ALWAYS ASK A DOCTOR BEFORE YOU DO ANY ROUTINE. Your weight/bone mass may not be able to take the punishment! Getting shin splints is VERY difficult to heal!

its upto u how much serious u r , u can loose weight as much u can , it require ur time and seriousness and also some efforts .
