No, just advice. A DJ that says I will bring music you will like instead of letting you pick music - stay away from. Be sure to ask about dress code. We had one show up in ratty jeans & T shirt to reception. Interview & ask to attend a function they are doing - helps you hear sound equipment & type of service to expect.
