Neither one.

Jews?
I think they're great people and they are Jews who have turned to the lord Jesus Christ as a personal Savior and, of course, in the Old Testament, He is called Messiah, so they have the label of Messianic because they are looking for the coming of Messiah in the very near future. And that's what I’ve been talking about. This ridiculous thing called replacement theology where God is through with the Jews forever. That's not so.
Oh, read Romans chapter 9, 10, 11. Chapter 9 is their past, chapter 10 their present, chapter 11 their future, and all Israel is going to be saved.
If you knew anything about the Bible, which you probably tied in with this Reformation Theology, Replacement Theology, where God is through with the Jew forever, that’s an error, believe me. Yahweh God chose the Jewish people as His wife. And that’s Deuteronomy 7:7. But wait a minute, Christ chose the Christian as His wife for the future, and that’s I Peter 1:2, and Titus 1:1.
Now, both groups are elect, as I just said. And the Jew was God’s elect in Isaiah 42:1; 45:4, and 65 verses 9 and 22. And when Jesus comes back, we Christians are going to reign with Him from Jerusalem.
The bible teaches in Romans chapters 9 to 11 the Jews past, chapter 9, the Jews present, chapter 10, and the Jews future, chapter 11. And when messiah comes, chapter 11, verse 26 says: “all Israel shall be saved, for there shall come out of Zion, out of Jerusalem a deliverer who shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob”.
Who is Jacob? Jacob changed his name to Israel, 2 Kings 17:34. And when Messiah comes, He opens their blinded eyes and all Judaism, all Israel comes to Jesus Christ. I'm for the messianic Jews.

.The Christian are an "elect". The Jews are the "Elect".

.There are 2 different "Elects".

We all become "Spiritual Jews" through Christ.

Israel was supposed to spread the Gospel of Jesus but since they rejected him it was given to the Gentiles to do so. After the Rapture of the church he will then deal with Israel again and they will look upon whom they pierced and then accept him as Messiah.

What you see is not as real as God. What you see should prove to you their is a God. If you try and tell me we just became without a creator then you need to go rethink some things. Ask an athiest How the whole universe came about to exist and I mean every galaxy and every star, also the ones still forming. Ask how the earth has one set speed it to turn and one set speed to rotate around the sun. Also the sun is just at the right distance for life to be sustained here on earth which includes billions of diverse lifeforms (That according to athiest just popped out of nowhere or crawled out of the Ocean). Where did the Ocean come from then?. Also ask them to get an empty glass and set it up in their house and go back to the glass 20 or 30 years or more if needed and see whats in it..........you know what would be in it? Still nothing. You have to have a Creator and it scares them. Also for the big bang theory supporters........where did the material that went bang come from and the energy to make it go BANG? I'll tell you God created it and he may have made a "BIG BANG" out of it to put it where he wanted it. I won't dispute that because the Universe is still expanding. All in all the athiests have to many questians to explain themselves that the Bible already explains. I'd rather believe there is a God and die and if there isn't I lose nothing but if there is and I've argued to people he isn't then I would lose alot. Think it over friend. Are you really sure about denying God?

Neither. God hath not cast away his people, Rom. 11:2. Then look back at Rom. 10, 20 and 21. The latter a reference to Is. 65.1. My reply centers around Rom. 11:15 and Rom. 11.26.

For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead? Truly, as stated in Rom. 11.25, many Gentiles have proved wise in their own conceits on this queston. That is to say, God did not set Israel aside (cast them away) they set themselves aside.

Note from Rom. 11.2 that the casting away was not of God but of disobedience. What was from God , for the sake of the whole Gentile world (not the church) was the spirit of slumber, Rom. 11:8.

God therefore did not set aside Israel. They set themselves aside. He has not gone back on His promises. The blindness was for the world and to provoke the chosen people to envy.

Finally I would note that early in Chapter 9, there is a reference to Israel that does relate to the true church. It is not a replacement but rather the spiritual line which God has established. "For they are not all Israel which are of Israel." Do not confuse this for the outcome of the Nation of Israel or God's dealing with all mankind.

In these chapters Paul is covering, for Gentiles, in the soon to be apostate Roman church, (which has already rejected his position, Rom. 11:13, and will claim Peter ) God's eternal plan, His dealing with Israel, His election, His dealing with the Gentiles, and much more.

In past weeks in Q&A I have read testimonies of two young Jewish women who have accepted Jesus as Messiah; apparently from their own reading of the New Testament. In other venues I see even more. I think the time for Sunday School questions is about over.

Israel is a actual united states and became into God's chosen people under the Mt. Sinai covenant. God divorced her in Jeremiah 3. Jesus got here to usher in a sparkling covenant between God and His religious people the church.

Neither. Israel is God's chosen people since Abraham, and God keeps his covenant with the Jews. However, through Christ, all mankind can be grafted into the vine. So anyone who has accepted Christ and His sacrifice becomes one of God's chosen people. The Jews were not replaced, they were expanded.
