Actually it is happening earlier and earlier to younger people because they sit in front of a computer screen and not work out or get enough exercise. After you sit here and answer these questions for the next hour, if you feel the need to stretch you will see it already has started. Get away from the computer. Step away. You can do it.

I`m 23 turning 24 in two weeks. I get this pain or stiffness in my lower back near my tailbone, but I drove truck for 5 years. Now i feel stiff every time I go two weeks without doing sports or something.I think my body is telling me to work out when that happens. Sex if a great workout cardio wise, but i really need to run. For me that is the best all out work out.

Would you believe late twenties? I can't run with out being sore, and my back aches almost nightly - though my issues may have something to do with lifting 30+lb toddlers.
