Yes it is, but it also depends on your body type and many variables. If you have watched "Celebrity Fit Club" on MTV, you will notice that the host gives them a task of losing from 4-8 pounds a week. It will be very challenging and you must have alot of free time.

damn right, you can lose even more than 30 pounds in one month. It's worked for me. And no, don't use the vomiting or crash diet technique. Eat 5 healthy meals a day, with whole grains ,fruits , and all that. And just exercise for atleast 20 minutes every day. Remember, you have to avoid cookies and icecream at all costs no matter what.

It's possible, but it's most likely very unsafe for your body. Losing that much weight in that short a time period could place unwanted stress on things like your heart. So, if you wanna look good....go for it....if you value your health, perhaps try to span that 30 pound weight loss over a bit more time.

I'm sure it's possible, but it's definitely not healthy. Anything more than 10 lbs. per month can put you at risk for numerous health issues.
