Hi mo,
Do you know for sure that you are pregnant?

Yes, the others are right...tell your mom right away.
Go get her and say "mom I need to tell you something, can we go and talk?"

Your mom will know what to do....and expect that she will look shocked and disappointed when you tell her...that's to be expected.
After a few minutes she'll get over the initial shock and start planning with you on what to do. And don't be scared to tell her...you will feel better after you do.
Our moms love us and want to take care of us when we get in a little trouble so, it's ok to let her know. But, don't wait a long time, tell her today.

Here's a site you can go to that helps young people with answers to their problems:
http://www.teenhealthfx.com/index.php
In the Search box type in "pregnant" and you can read some information that I hope will help.

Good luck!

1. Are you really sure you're pregnant? Have you taken a pregnancy test? Or did you just miss a period. If I were you I would take a pregnancy test and have the test confirmed by a doctor. There should be a free clinic that you can go to that will protect your identity.

2. Is there some reason that you can't tell your mom? If there is some reason (like you fear for your physical safety) then I would tell another trusted adult. An older sister, an aunt, a grandmother, a guidance counselor. You need to talk to someone about this. This is not something that you should deal with alone.

Wishing you the very best...

Tell your mother. Then you 2 can decide what to do and you can get the proper medical care. I wgot pg at an early age, didn't tell for a while but when I did I had so much support. Just wish I would have told sooner cause my parents missed out on the first stages with me. And my mother wasn't there to hold my hair up when I puked my guts up from morning sickness.

The best way is to tell your mom. She may be angry for a while, just like my mom was, but the thought of having a grandchild would somehow make your mom forget about her anger, which is a normal reaction for mothers especially with daughters your age. You just have to face the fact that your mother is the only one whom you can trust at these times and she can guide you through your pregnancy. You have to accept the consequences of your actions and accept what your mother has to say to you with all humility. No matter what she says, she loves you and only wants the best for you and your future. Abortion is NEVER an option because the baby growing inside of you is a gift from God. I wish you the best... God Bless!!!

Now's the time to tell her my dear. She may be disappointed, but she's your best bet for getting you the help and care you need. If you can't tell her, find an OLDER relative you can trust (ie, not your 14 year old friends).
Good luck...

Tell your mom. You are going to need her now.
She will probably be upset, get angry cry-- but if you know she is a good mom, she will get over it and be there for you.
Next, you need to go to a doctor and get checked -- for your health and the baby's.
Then, you should contact a crisis pregnancy center (in the yellow pages) and review your options and what is best for you AND the baby.

Hang in there, kiddo. You will be in my thoughts.

You NEED to tell your mother, absolutely. She may be upset, but you aren't just YOU anymore. She'll take care of you. Get help somewhere, and don't let any of your friends talk you into anything stupid, get help. If not your mom, find an adult you trust to help you tell your mom.

Tell your mom.

Then stay away from boys for a while.

You're as old as I am; that's way too young to be pregnant.
