Through yoga and meditation I have found that happiness lies within, if I can quiet down and find it. Losing the preoccupation with how I look allows me to expericence miracle of the human body, rather than feel burdened by it. Society as a whole is too preocupied with the outside of the body rather than looking within at the mind and inner self. It also helps me with relaxation and stress reduction. It makes me feel more grounded and at peace when I am stressed out. Focus on what is important!
