Technically, yes. For instance, in vitro fertilization where an egg is taken from a woman, sperm is introduced to it in a petri dish, and then the impregnated egg is placed back inside the woman's womb.
If you are talking about fooling around, rarely, but still possible. If a male ejaculates near a female's vagina, it is possible that his sperm could swim far enough to reach her egg. If she is at the fertile time in her menstrual cycle, she will become pregnant if the sperm penetrates her egg. Hope this answers your question.

In todays society there are always possibility's like inserting sperm into the vagina. Donors do it all the time.
So yeah I guess you can, but otherwise no you cant

Uh yes it is.......ok I mean if you haven't ever touched a man.......sure. But say you were fooling around ok, He jacked off....then touched you down there......if he has sperm on his hands there is a possibility. Don't underestimate sperm. My friends daughter rubbed her naked self down there against her boyfriends cotton underwear after he came and she became preggers! She gave birth as a virgin. She had never had sex. Also he had sperm on his fingers after putting his hands in his pants and fingering her so yeah......be careful!

If any ejaculate gets near that area (even if the penis doesn't go in) then it's possible to get pregnant.

yes it is possible...if any liquid from the penis somehow gets into the vagina...let us say the boy ejaculated and then he fingered you and he had his semen on his fingers then you could indeed get pregnant.
