What is a reverse mohawk? I'd probably do that one, that way you can shave it all off after a day or two of "paying off" your bet loss.

dye it pink. if you cut it, it will take a while to grow back normal, but if you dye it you can always dye back over it. sorry about your bet. good luck next time :)

the mohawk is cooler, but your hair will take longer to grow back that the time you have to wait to dye your hair again.
