If illegles' doin the hard jobs most Amerrcans dont wanna do, how come they dont make up most of the military?

There's illegles serving, but not nearly as much as Amerrcans. How come they get to pick 'n' choose wut jobs they work?

Uhh...you have to be a citizen to be here an' to work ANY job--doesnt stop 'em does it? You can fake it, but there not fakin' their status to serve.

MAYBE THEY SHOULD BE IN THE MILITARY. 3 OUT OF EVERY 4 ARE ON WELFARE, MAYBE THE ONES ON WELFARE SHOULD BE FORCED INTO THE MILITARY. IF THEIR GONNA LIVE OFF US FOR FREE THEY SHOULD AT LEAST EARN THEIR LIVING.

The illegals do not serve in the Armed Forces. Many wouldn't be able to pass the general apptitude tests.

Would you want someone who is not loyal to your country protecting your life as those courageous ones are doing now? That's no different than asking why not let them be Border Patrol Agents--ot a good idea.

While they do alot of the jobs that Americans don't want, that isn't the real problem: It's the drain they put on our economy.

1. Our school system is overcrowded, too many kids to a class, in almost every school, now add 15 million illegal children to those numbers.

2. Hospitals have to serve them when they need medical care but who pays the bills? you and me.

3. Police responding to issues surrounding them, that takes away from the police reponse to, you and me.

Now these are a few examples, and it doesn't sound like alot but there are more illegals in this country than there are citizens in Virginia, Maryland, Deleware, North Carolina. Imagine how almost every service our governments provide, and think how much cheaper it would be without giving service to all those states? Bilions of dollars would be saved.

Most illegal immigrants are from Latin America. Hence, Hispanics value LIFE, probably more than anyone. (you will maybe find 1 out of 20 that are for abortions, etc) They come here to work, and earn some money to feed their family, here and where they are from. Joining the military is like signing a death sentence. Why would they want to come here, join the military sign a death sentence, when they could have stayed at home and simply died of hunger. (But you're right, they can't join because they don't have papers, but I assure you that even if they did, they wouldn't) The solution to a problem is not through "physical" use but through a "clean, open and just" mentality. They would want to talk any problem out before recurring to guns.

They don't make up "most" of the military because there aren't that many of them. Also, if you're an illegal, then making yourself known to the authorities entails certain risks that they would like to avoid. They don't really get to pick & choose their jobs so much. Not nearly as much as Americans. It sounds as if you may have been misinformed.

By the way, the Mike dude is right, they do overcrowd the schools, there is about 40 kids in each and every one of my classes, our math books are hanging by a thread literally, our schools are trashed, most of the outside classes don't have good air conditioners, they cant replace all of them because there isn't much money, so we sweat for our education.. and here in Texas the weather is in the 100's like every day, pathetic huh? Yes I know..

First of all you do not have to be a U. S. citizen to serve, just a legalized alien. Secondly why would some illegal want to make such a sacrifice for freedom, they just want the American dollar, they could care less about preserving American freedom!

because then their would be a major collision, cuz if they served in the military, they would be expected to recieve benefits, but they legally cant and that would violate a major part of the country's laws. and so if we let them in the military and yet still treat them low in the society then we go back to having slaves in this nation

I don't know, but I think your right, if they want to stay in our country let them fight for their freedom, put them on the front line, and while they're at it, since our prison system is so over crowded send some of them out there to, offer 2 years off sentence for every one year time served in a war zone, with pay only for every enemy killed, hit an enemy, make $100.00, otherwise, make nothing

I disagree to other posters claiming that illegals arent here to sacrifice for America, thats wrong. A lot of them would want to fight for America given the chance. Your bigotry shows what kind of person you are.
