I am not yet a parent but I know how it feels to leave your daughter away from you. I guess it's normal to have that nerve racking/feeling of anxiety. However, you need to manage overcoming your nervousness since she'll be with your parents anyway. You were once a 3 year old girl and your parents went through that stage and did a good job of looking after you. I am sure they will do the same thing to your daughter too. You just have to trust them. If your daughter needed anything that your parents are unaware of, make sure you remind them or make a short list so they won't forget (for example, if she needs to take her vitamins at a specific time, etc).

My advise may not be the best but I just hope you feel better and don't worry too much. If I have a daughter, I wouldnt mind leaving her to my parents for a week. My parents took care of me when I was a little boy, so I am sure they will take good care of my daughter too. If you trust your parents, you shouldnt be worry about anything. Try to catch up on other stuff while your daughter is away. Give yourself some room to miss her :)

Just remember:

They raised you. They know what they're doing and they have experience.

You get a night off! How exciting is that? Celebrate and take a bubble bath.

If anything does happen, you are only a phone call away.

Have fun! I always remembered my monthly sleepover with my grandparents as adventures adn I'm sure your daughter will too...

If you trust your parents, then you have nothing to worry about. Grandparents treat their grandchildren better than parents treat their kids most of the time. Another solution is that you go stay over with your daughter.

Call up your friends and go out to a danceing club or watch a movie or just plan a party for your self and while your planning all this just keep thinking to your self that your child is in good hands. Other then that have FUN!!!!!

Relax! Take some time off from Mommy duty. Do something for yourself you haven't otherwise had time for. I wish my parents had taken my kids even for a day.

If you have projects around the house that you have not had time to get to start on them. It will keep your mind off of her not being there.

if you have other children ask them to invite friends over that way you have other kids in the house to take your mind off the one you are missing.
