Why do they tease you when they like you and are never serious, and will never ever say if they like you, even if you ask??? I like this guy, and he teases me, and is never serious, and I haven't asked him if he likes me even though I think he does and so does my friend..... I need advice.....HELP!!

Guys mature more slowly than girls. I'm guessing, from the description you give, that the guys you're talking about are between 12 and 16, as that's when this kind of behavior is the worst (though I've known guys in their 40s who act this way!)
The behavior you describe is based on fear, partly fear of rejection but even more so fear of responsibility. Guys fear rejection by girls, but they also fear acceptance by girls. So they're never serious because that way they can "save face" -- that is, if you reject them they can say they weren't serious so it doesn't matter, and if you accept them and they get scared, they can STILL say they weren't serious so it doesn't matter. The teasing and the not-being-serious is sometimes called "whistling past the graveyard" -- trying to act light-hearted and funny to keep you from thinking of all the things you're afraid of. We all do it; but guys do it most consistently, especially around girls, between 12 and 16. (Before 12, most guys still think girls have cooties and are gross; after 16, most guys have learned to live with the fear, if not actually to get over it.)
It gets a little better in high school. It gets a LOT better in college. And most -- well, many -- well, SOME guys finally catch up with you when you're in your mid-20s.
On the other hand, if you're 36 years old and the guys you're talking about are all your co-workers at an accounting firm... I'd say you're in deep trouble. :-)

assembly lady, chatting with lady, and intensely last pleasing contained in the eyes of lady is ordinary. It purely takes prepare. Lot's and many prepare. Taking the first few tries are toughest. yet quickly sufficient it turns into ordinary. You study through trial and blunder what lady favor to ensure and pay interest to. And what lady do not favor to ensure and pay interest to. And in case you retain your eyes and ears open, you receives a glimpse at how women imagine. And once you study that trick, you've it made. good success.

When a guy is not ready to get serious with you, he will use humor to ease the tension. When he is ready to take it to a higher level, he will definitely get more serious. My advice? Make your love available to him, but don't force it on him or he will head for the hills!

I'm a guy, and I guess you can say I’m dumb, but enough about me. Just ask him. Don’t pressure him, just ask him he likes you and if you like let him know, or give him a little clue that you like him.

actualy its boyz normal behaviour which girls hate and call it dumb
