I asked my BF out with a note. We haven't gone out yet, but we are planing to go to the movies on Wednesday. I really want to hold his hand, but I'm not sure if he wants to hold mine. Should I be the one who makes the first move or should I let him?

hold his hand then. im sure if yoy hold his hand, he wouldnt mind. the thing is, we dont really know what guys want, but by doing what we want to do anyway makes it easier because you're not left wondering if you should or shouldnt and instead you do. i'm in a situation myself where this guy really likes me, but he's not sure whether to kiss me or not because he's unsure about my reaction. however, he kissed me anyway, and our relationship has now gone beyond friendship. he would have never known what to expect if he hadnt kissed me, and i think he's glad he took the chance. after all, life is all about taking chances. i took a chance with him the second time i saw him by kissing him. it was short, but then he kissed me back. although the kiss was bad because i could taste the alcohol he had earlier that day, im glad i had taken the chance of doing that because now i know that after the amount of months we spent apart that he still likes me, and that when i see him next time im gonna take the chance of this time giving him my number. unfortunately for me, next time i'll see him is this coming saturday at my friend's b'day party, and my nerves are getting to me. but yeah. like i said, you'd feel better knowing that you've taken the chance of holding his hand. the only thing is, it'll be in a cinema for you, and you'll probably end up paying more attention to each other rather than the movie. im sure he really likes you, so go for it. good luck with it

Yeah he desires to hold your hand! :D You reported he's shy, that's why he did no longer certainly carry your hand. it might look he's no longer constructive no count if or no longer you % to hold palms with him quite yet, that's why he brushed your hand; in case you probably did no longer % to, he would not embarrass himself that way because it could have in basic terms been a mistake. a million. i do no longer think of he might have completed it if he did no longer % to hold your hand there and then. 2. As I reported previously, he's making an attempt to music. Your reaction might have long previous the two way, yet by skill of brushing your hand, he became into letting you're making the call. top, next time he does it, be constructive to hold his hand (if that's what you %, of direction)! :).

Just do what you feel comfortable doing at the time. If he makes the first move, of course that will be fine, because you want it too, but don't stress out about this. If you don't hold hands on wednesday, I'm sure there will be other opportunities.

Stand real close to eachother like your hands kinda touching and see from that point if he would hold ur hand. And I know us gurls dont like to make the first move but its okay, go ahead and make the move to hold his hand because u never know, he could be shy or something. So yeh u can wait for him till he does it or you can make the move.

You asked him out, let him make the first move to hold your hand. Don't be disappointed if it's not on your first date.

if you made the first move he'll probably want you to make the rest of the moves, use the same confidence you had to ask him out, it might be too soon to hold hands but if you try don't feel bad if he doesn't hold yours.
good luck

from what i know the best way to do this is to make sure he holds the popcorn. pretend to go for the bucket but go for the hand. this might work but if it dosn't then on your way out ( of a scary movie) say you a affraid to walk in the dark (go to a night showing) and lean on him slighty and hold his hand as if you wern't thinking about it.

p.s. if all else fails ask to hold his hand.

Believe me guys hardly make the first move. So when you're sitting down in the dark theature. Gently grab his hand. It'll be kinda awkward at first but he'll like it.

I would wait and let him make the first move. If you asked him out, you don't want to make the first move also. Just let him!
