We should never invade Iran because we would have to kill every Iranian. They have been indoctrinated to hate America just like the Japanese were in World War II. Every Iranian would take up arms to defend their country against who they consider infidels. An invasion of Iran would be very bloody.

I agree with the first answer; however, with all of the activity going on with Iran, test firing missiles today, thumbing their nose at the U.N., it could possibly happen before then. The predictions are that something is suppose to happen tomorrow but since the terrorist plot in London was ruined, they may have another plan soon.

As long as the iranians keep ignoring our demands to stop enriching uranium, I feel that a war is drawing near. because when iran builds a nuclear bomb, and starts threatening other nations, we will take actions in our own defense to stop iran from giving nuclear weapons to our enemies. iran needs to be dealt with, even if it means using military force. I estimate in perhaps a year or two. its not long

It's not in the timetable, but I'm sure as a hostile nation, the US would have some sort of contingency plan.
