For the past 3 years i've had these "flashes" right before i go to sleep, when i'm most relaxed. They are nothing like dreams.. It's almost as if someone takes a quick picture.. just a flash of one specific thing or person. After i have had these, something has always happened relating to this "flash". The most recent one is a friend who i saw just fall over... I could not get anything more specific. 2 days later, he had a motor cycle wreck. Once before I saw myself crash into a white vehicle... 1 week later, i ran into a white pickup truck. I see these ALL the time... but it's fairly new and I'm having more of them. I've had at least 15 in the past two years.... and they all have happened to some degree. Does ANYONE experience these?

Yes! I have these type of experiences quite frequently!

There are even several prophets in the Bible that had visions, dreams & spiritual promptings & inclinations.

We still have the enate ability to hon into these powers & gifts, if we will quiet ourselves to hear from the spirit world.

But people who do not believe that these gifts are real, will tune these gifts out. And deny they exist. Mostly because they are afraid of something that they don't understand.

I believe in psychic but I don't think that their abilities are to see everything. Just because someone is pychic doesn't mean that they know everything that's going to happen. The gift they have is supposed to help. Not to make people rich. Their psychic abilities are limited. Most psychics use tarot cards to along with their psychic abilites to see a more clear picture. While others just pin point things head on. And, just so you know there a lot of honest psychics that don't claim they can make you win the lottery and so on. If one does say this then you know their a fake!!! Great question though!

I've experienced those.... And you're right, it's like someone flashes a picture in your mind or, another description I heard of is in the movie "Stir of Echoes" - "It's like walking down a dark tunnel with a flashlight that only comes on" briefly and sporadically. There's also the quick whispers, some word or name, that has meaning. Just never know what that meaning is until I come across the connected event.

It's frustrating, because it's not something I've been able to "make" happen. Just happens.

I do it all the time. It's like I just see a picture or a snippet of "video" in my head. It doesn't have to happen--it's only a sign that it might happen if things go the way they're going or I'm thinking of going. It's very helpful, more often than not!

Yeah
You have ESP.
My mother has the same kind of ESP that you have except hers is more related to family members only.
My ESP is totally different. Mine is always related to someone I care for or some woman that I haven't met yet.
My ESP comes to me in dreams.
I have been studying ESP for a long time now and I almost got it figure d out on how it works.
If you want your ESP to be less intensive, then just smoke cigarettes and avoid alcohol
Cigarettes keeps mine totally turned off. Unfortunately I would like to quit smoking one of these days but if I do, I will go totally insane from all the dreams not counting the nicotine withdrawal symptoms

No, not the same but I have "moments of clarity". I just let my mouth run and my mind turn off because it's like there's a little kid in my head that keeps saying "let me let me let me!", usually it's just what's needed at the time. A little weird sometimes as I've predicted a few situations in this way and I really don't feel like it's me talking.

I always claim I'm psychic because I call things before they happen, like home runs and events in the news. And especially on the radio I always feel like Kelly Clarkson is on the radio and then I change it, and low and behold, there's Kelly! It's actually kind of the family joke that I'm psychic, so it's funny that you ask this question.

gee, no, not like that. I mean I h ave dreams and stuff, but I know one woman, she's the sweerest thing, who predicted....well, she had one of those flashes....that my mom was going to have a girl, and on November 27th, well, its a girl, but we'll wait and see if she was right about the date. I think you are gifted by God, and it shouldn't be taken for granted, even though it might scare you. maybe one day, you will understand them enough to prevent somthing horrible from happening! God is prepairing you! I sure hope you find them a gift, not a burden!

God bless!

Chelsea :)

Mine are not flashes, but I get feelings, and I believe I sometimes get messages. The strangest message I got was a few years ago. I got the image of a mylar balloon floating above my head (it kept on changing back and forth between the balloon and a couch cushion). The strangest aspect of this image was that the balloon/cushion had half the air crushed out of it. I could not imagine what that meant.I had the feeling that it came from my father-in law who passed away in 2001. I found out later that my husband, who was abroad at the time, was in a crowd of people who all started pushing to gain entrance through a small doorway. He was being crushed, but was able to pull his body high enough above the crowd to save his life.

I just wish these messages could come through more clearly.

Also, the night that my father-in-law died, he came to me in my dream as the telephone was ringing. Again, the message wasn't clear, I thought it was my mother-in-law who passed away.
