I ask this to see the responses I'll get- its to see people's feelings on the matter, rather than a contest between mothers/fathers which I highly disagree with.

I feel as if the father is truly more important. I say this for several reason. Most young boys want their father's apporval, in several different aspects of their lives. they want to follow in their father's footsteps. Or the famous daddy little girl, what ever she want her daddy will make a way and get it for her. The father of the bride muust pay for the wedding, or you cant cout her her father is crazy. Or when you're baby girl has her 1st or if it's her senior prom, it's the daddy who frighten ths young sex craved boy whos taking her out. oh how about when the girl starts to date for the very 1st time it's the daddy (most of the time ) who has shown this young boy his 380, thats behind the door. just in case the boy brings daddy little girl back home a wee too late. Mothers are important for they push us out into this world. You know that mother will always be there no matter how many times u mess up. But it's the daddy who may be there or may not, so we tend to love them the best. Nevertheless I still will give my vote to my mother, for I uplift the woman cause it is hard just being one. Why well it go way back before my time, when that b**ch (EVE ) ,oh excuse me lord for calling her that. But if she would have been as strong minded as we woman are today, she would have never eaten that apple and shared it with Adam. We as women have endured a lot of physcial pains, that God say ore collective group (women) have been cured for your TRUE ANSCESTOR'S past crimes. Therefore you shall bleed every month have pains as a reminder of me. Have tremendous pain by giving birth to a child., I'll throw in the rare cases that you can die oh some of you shall want them and will never have them... oh no fault of you're own. Don't be made at me be angery at EVE and the sly snake.... a.k.a satan a.k.a devil a.k.a lucerfpher a.k.a a priest a baker a politian a PRESDENT a. k. a an angle ect...So we woman have had to adapt to a whole lot of belittling, tragic or a mind boging situation, which tried to break us but yet it's only made us all stronger, how clever if you take our down falls and turn them itto that god wants women to rember him, and rember that we were fooled by satan once don't this new collective of souls repeat the past Man is the head of the household but Gods given woman a painfull reminder at times bare a child and cant , that's why man invented the test tube baby, to please his wife and maybe thats why he(ADAM) bite the apple to please her ( EVE) Giving birth is never a easy job.. the baby just dont pop up one day they actually have to come fomr where the 1st begun (INSIDE) ......we have periods and I don't know a woman alive who likes having one ( unless she is a he and well you know ) , SO yep........my mother............. even though she can be a pain in the butt she's my pick LOL>LOL?LOL

(this is my husbands account I am a 24 year old female) I am a total Daddy's girl. My mother is more responsible, in most aspects so I cherish that trait, however my dad is/was my whole world. I am now married and so he has become my 2nd favorite guy but the best memories from my entire life have always been with my dad. My dad wins that vote (by a slim margin I must add)

My father has never been there for me, so I have to say my momma, lol... I think everyone on this earth is important and has a purpose. But in my eyes, I can't help but put my mom first...

I'd have to say that it does not matter. There are some truths about living and whom ever teaches you those truths is the most important! - stayhomedad.com

it's hard to choose since they're both important to me, but since i'm a daddy's girl- i'd have to say father.
