kikizake = tasting
kikizakekai = tasting event
To have it be for wine, you would want to say
"wain kikizake" or "wain kikizakekai" (note that "wain" is pronounced the same as "wine" in English)
Pronunciation is "key-key-zah-keh" and kai rhymes with guy
Shi-in-kai works also, but most of the tastings I have been to have been labelled "kikizake", which is literally "trying sake" i.e. "trying an alcoholic beverage"

It is not translated, but simply pronounced in Japanese way.
Wa-in te-su-ting... is the closest I can sound it out.
If you really want to translate, it will be
Wine shi-in-kai
shi = to test
in = to drink
kai = circle
Many times, words and phrases are just imported almost exactly and not translated. This is one of such cases.

I *imagine* organic wine will be ????????As on your call, because this is overseas it might purely be ??? or????? reckoning on the way you pronounce it in English. (maximum overseas names actual do not replace spelling in jap in accordance to their pronounciation, as they sometimes in ordinary words have one pronounciation.) you'll get kanji, and also you'll choose your self in case you want. yet as only a overseas namein katakana it wouldnt have a meaning.
