You should know whether ur saved or not. I know sometimes it's hard to be closer to God if ur so busy and things r going so well that u forget to dedicate ur free time 2 Him, but remember that God still loves you regardless. He cares about u and u should never forget to thank Him when things are good and even when things are going wrong. God always has a purpose for you. I'm not questioning my salvation, but at times I feel wrong as a Christian because I haven't been reading my Bible lately. So I think u should make a decision or plan to urself and set aside some time 2 spend w/ God. Good blessings!

Firstly, If you are truly saved then you are not cut off, I have had times personnaly when I felt that God just wasn't listening to me. I think if you have that mindset then you will feel that way. I know this sounds dumb but you really have to attend church, If you go to a good one you will feel refreshed and alive and the Lord will touch your heart. It is like a cup of coffee in the morning, it keeps you going, and to be around like minded people is such a help. Do not question your salvation, just focus and think about what it is that caused you to fall away from him and then try to repair that and seek him again. That is my advise.
God Bless

Take some time to meditate and find out why you feel isolated from God. Ask yourself what would make you feel more connected and then act on that. It may help to find a close friend or someone you trust who can talk with you and provide a sounding board. Do not worry about your salvation. You are a child of God and you are loved - every child has to find their own path.

You are you. You're not just some configuration of plasma and cells. So when your body cannot live anymore, what happens to you? You go on in some way...that is whatever you want to call it...say, your soul. Your soul lives on. You may feel cut off from "God", but you are NEVER cut off from god, or whatever term you choose to describe the entity...chaos, grand plan, Yaweh, Dio, God, synchronicity...it doesn't matter what you call it or what characteristics others prescribe to it....it's there and real. Call it nature or existence if you want. But you can't be cut off from it ever, even as you can become cut off from oxygen...but not from God. You can't even deny God. You can try, but you're only human. Fortunately, God loves you anyway, is more powerful than you are, and won't allow you to be cut off from God. Relax. Hold your life dear. Recognize that you are more than your daily existence here on this planet. You have a soul which will go on forever, shaping the world, people in it, ideas, and farther beyond than you can comprehend.

I don't think God is the vengefully image that we had a long time ago. I think that you can always see the light and do the right thing. Sometimes we get some very hard test to our faith, to our beliefs, to our sense of right and wrong, and fall to do the easiest thing, rather than the right one. But if you're really interested in taking the right path, the only thing that stops you is yourself.
Have faith, open up yourself to find what you feel is right. I don't know what you've been up to, but usually you can do the right thing if you want. It might not be easy, and the benefits might not feel soon, but it's worth it. Forgiveness is not just asking for it, but really be sorry for whatever you did, intent on not doing the same think you did, and trying to right the wrong you did.

You need to be assured of your salvation. God hasn't cut you off, but have you ever truly repented of your sin and put your faith in Christ?
If you visit
http://www.wayofthemaster.com
you can have a sweet, 40-something Kirk Cameron walk you through the plan of salvation, to make sure you understand it correctly.
Meanwhile, if you examine yourself and decide that you ARE in the faith, just walk with God daily. Read your bible and pray -- it's stated often but so important -- and He will never leave you nor forsake you. He is so faithful.
May God bless you. I am moved for you and I pray that God shows you the answers you seek promptly. He promises in His word whoever seeks Him shall find Him. Sorry my help was minimal.

I can relate i have felt the same at many times but i tell you God will never forsake you!!!!!! WE FORSAKE HIM!! The sins of my past and even my present are many but God is a merciful God you are his child! Cry out to him with all that is inside you!!! He is there waiting to answer you. If you believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins and was raised in three days than you shall have ever lasting life. Do not give up hope! Hold strong my sister. Remember the poem about the footsteps in the sand...it has helped me in times like these if you need someone to talk to God is listening let him speak to your mind heart and soul..God bless you.

I don't think your salvation is a guarantee. You should question it daily to make sure you are still walking with God and didn't stray off the path during the night.
Don't take something so important for granted. Satan will take advantage of that and lead you astray as soon as he has the chance.

Why do you feel you have been cut off from God? Nothing can cut you off from God except for yourself. Find him within; he has not left you. I question my salvation as well but I trust him. But, even if I were to go to hell, even if I were to die, I believe he would not send me for no reason and if he were, I would still love and trust my lord. I am not afraid of judgement.
Only you can cut yourself from the lord. Look from him, and you will see him.

I too have had this happen before..
I do know that 99.9% of the time it is Satan at work. Trying to make you feel "not good enough or loved by God" . Satan is the Father of Lies & will do & try anything to throw you off coarse & direct you farther away from the Lord.
Rebuke Satan in the name of Jesus Christ!
Pray & get into God's word, seek him with all of your heart. & stay with it. Put on the FULL armor of God.
God even says in the Bible that he will never leave you or forsake you. GOD LOVES YOU!!!
Also the other thing that could be making you feel "cut off from God" or far away from him could be God convicting you of sin.. Are you doing something you know is wrong?
If so he is probably just trying to get your attention & you are feeling separated from him. All you need to do is go to God & seek him & his forgivness, mercy & grace & turn away from your sin.
I hope this truly helps you! DO NOT ever give up on God!
I will be praying for you.
God Bless!
ps: I saw this on someones blog & It got me thinkin' about my own life & walk with God.
"If you can not see God in your life........??? Who moved????"
