Hmm. An Inner Sanctum? A celestial Bat Cave (in a black hole, perhaps)? A Fortress of Solitude for the guy who's never alone because he's always with us? Maybe a little garden -- uh, no, that's already been tried....
I'm out of ideas.

This question presumes that God is bounded by the Universe(Space and Time) He created. But that is a wrong presumption. He doesn't have to be IN the universe to be everywhere. He doesn't have to go someplace to "get away" from it all. He may have other means he if chooses to "get away".

If G exists, s/he travels at infinite velocity (not at the slow speed of light). At infinite velocity, one can be at all places instantaneously, and for all time - past, present and future. Nope, then s/he cannot get away from it all...

Maybe he goes down to hell to hang out with the devil sometimes... Perhaps they're golfing buddies...

Nope. He doesn't go away at any time. He is always there.

"he"?!? "He"?!? "HE"?!?
When the lightning strikes, you'll understand the "s" mark left on very painful parts of your body .... or what is left of it.
