That's your totally ripped muscles, dude. Better slow down or you'll have to have your best bud help carry your arms to the gym. Sweet.

That could be from the buildup of uric acid and other poisons that accumulate in muscles that are worked so heavily that the body cannot remove the poisons fast enough.
I would suggest that you have a strong massage of all the muscles you worked. Even with the massaging, you might have some stiffness and soreness tomorrow and perhaps for a few days after, but not likely as stiff and sore as you will feel without the massaging.
I learned to massage my own muscles, so if you cannot find a friend (of the opposite sex is fun) to do it, just do your own. The back and shoulders might be the toughest to reach.

check the blood pressure any history of it in the family ive got it and after swinging a hammer all day or a brush painting my hands and arms feel swollen not sore so check that first and to burn do a good work out with the top weight then up it more with a spotter then do ten more then add weight then ten more when you hit the weight that you cant get up ten then go back to the beginning and when the arms cant hit any at the last weight you've got a good burn so dont do arms till 48 hours do legs or back the next day then back to arms check out a book from the library on power lifting or body building by frank zane or franco columbo or the swartzenegger ive read a few

... or muscle fatigue. Give 'em a break for a while, then resume. do warm ups with lighter weights to allow proper circulation and oxygenation then later on, you'll be able to test the muscular limits BUT definitely not in just one session.
