I get on Answers to pass the time and its like an internet Holy War. Educated Christians vs. Uneducated Christians...atheists versus believers. Here's something for all of you. Tolerance. Acceptance. Understanding. For you Christians, Jesus taught all these things, didn't he? For Athiests, Aren't those three great traits to have as a person? How many people have died over a concept that's basic core revolves around peace and understanding?

Redeye, I feel that I show my Christianity through my actions. I don't believe that people can be forced into a belief.

I don't really understand why some people get so angry. Who cares if we have different beliefs? If I see a question about God that I choose to answer, yes, my answer will come from a Christian perspective. So what. That is what I believe. If someone asks, I will tell the truth to the best of my knowledge. Everyone else can tell the truth as they see it. I don't see a problem with this.

...Love, joy, peace ...the greatest of these is love. Lets show that to each other.

What exactly is the question, or are you just trying to get your licks in with a long winded manifesto? Why try to correct others? Does this make you a more tolerant understanding accepting person to correct others? I drive down the highway every day and see hundreds of people not using turn signals, stopping in crosswalks, not yielding for pedestrians. Does it help if I stop and correct these people, or does that just make them even more resolute in their retardedness? Try practicing what you write about here.

Thank U ALL for your Anwers-I hope U find your heaven-I C mine slipping away-She was Earth &Beautiful? Y CHRIST?
Why did Jezus have to tell you through John in Revelations that Judgement day would come? Why did he have to tell you that The World would be undone? Why did he leave the BOOK of Life unfilled with the truth about our mother-Earth! I do not know of a far greater show-which rides in this universe upon times journey of light-twas easy to call so many things true-especially for men that lived and were in awe by flight-Angels had wings and these men couldn't soar so they dreamed of gods that could make them more-and in doing so they placed hope faith and love-into a place out of this world-in one they dreamed for above-with golden roads and castles and one being upon a thrown-for to all that beliveth in him was mercy shown-and to these ends they would work hard each and every day-knowing that forgiveness would be a better way-but then it happened and they were quite caught off guard-they began to see the violence of a Mother that they did discard-4 she was SECOND TO THEIR GOD-only now her heart now melts*

Yeshua also blasted the educational religious elite of his day and called them hypocrites and white washed tombs full of dead men's bones.

Ego often overtakes the intelligence.

All we can do is look for the pockets of sanity that still exist

This is an open forum. Its fair game for thinking people without hate. We don't want to change that.

Very good point, however, if you don't try to change peoples minds, and then if they go to hell, isn't it just as much your fault as it is theirs?
