Israel for sure. mostly American weaponry but they have some nifty stuff of their own.
To answer a question posed by another answerer. They capitulated due to world pressure, not because they were finding the going rough. Israel took a hell of alot more of a beating in 67 and still took every ones land away from them. IE the Golan, the Sinai, and the West Bank, If they decide to go I don't think it would last long.
I'm not an Israeli fan but I have to admit they haven't attacked first in a huge while. It is called the IDF Israeli defence force. They just want to be left alone and live in peace. Trouble is no one else wants to leave them in peace.

in terms of military ..israel.no doubt.but wait...here comes iran.by the way ,it makes you wonder why they capitulated and agreed to a cease-fire.guess hizbollah wasnt as weak as they thought.
