No, what Einstein said was,"At any rate, I am convinced that He [God] does not play dice." What he was talking about was how Quantum Mechanics has at it's core, it deals with the motions of particles, and is at best, dealing in alot of uncertainties. Einstein despised the uncertainty in Quantum Mechanics, and said the above quote, as his opinion.
Try to think of the universe as The Matrix (from the movie), and God is the grand programmer. It's not that He's limited, but that it freaks the lesser beings out less if He doesn't change the code constantly.

"They are rushing headlong into your mouths striking terror with fearful teeth. Some of them who are caught between your teeth are seen with their heads crushed into bits and pieces. "
_ Bhagavad Gita (Viswaroopa Darsana Yogam)
"On that occasion, he (Arjuna) said: "0, Lord, look here; like clouds dissolving in the sky, the armies on both sides have disappeared in your mouths with their swords and armours . Just as twenty-one heavens alongwith the nether worlds are swallowed by the great Destroyer in wrath at the time of dissolution, or the riches of a miser vanish all of a sudden due to an adverse fate, so the armies which have assembled here have disappeared into your mouths and none of the warriors has emerged safely out of your clutches. See how inscrutable are the ways of providence! Like the twigs of Ashoka tree chewed by the camels, all these men are rushing into your mouths to their destruction.
It is seen that their crowned heads are pounded between the pincers of your jaws. The crown jewels have been caught and crushed in the interstices of your teeth and the bottom of the tongue as well as the tips of the jaws are smeared with their powder. Although the great Destroyer in the form of this vision has swallowed the bodies and strength of men, he has preserved their skeletons and head which are the best parts of their bodies." Arjuna went on: "Is there no other course for the creatures who are born? The entire world is falling 1nto the deep waters 1n the form of - the mouth of the cosrnic form. The whole creation is entering your mouth and the Supreme Destroyer is standing unmoved and swallowing it with ease . Brahma and other gods are rush1ng into his uppermost mouth, while others are entering the mouths lower down. Some of h1s mouths are destroying creatures as soon as they are born. None escapes from the clothes of his mouths."
from Jnaneswari ( Bhagavad Gita )

Einstein made his quote :"God does not play dice" in reference to the then emerging field of study called quantum physics. He felt everything in the universe was meant to be not only understood, but also very accurately and precisely predictable based upon observable information. Part of quantum mechanics is Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle. It states that one cannot know both the location of a particle and the velocity of the particle. one can only know one or the other with total certainty. Einstein didn't like this so he made his famous comment.
But, like Stephen Hawking said, "Not only does God play dice, sometimes he throws them where they cannot be seen." As inside a black hole.

Jesus, who is God, healed people daily from sickness and disease, raised them from the dead, cast out demons, turned water into wine and rose from the dead Himself. Those are all very difficult to encapsulate within the physically understandable arena.
At this point, Einstein realizes that whatever attributes he tried to place on God, was just one little squeeky mouse of a voice in the universe of man. God will be who He will be.

Sounds similar to Deism. I have felt God in my life and it had nothing to do with the above listed so therefore I do not agree.

science has always made a frail attempt to explain God who am I or you to question him. I know he is the great I AM so I do not wonder about his limits, he has none
