I don't think the Bible gives any indication of how long Adam and Eve were in the Garden. But if he was in there a billion years, how would that prove evolution.
Not saying that I agree with evolution or creation. I just don't see the relation here.

Wow - let's really overexaggerate a hypothetical situation.
Adam more than likely DIDN'T live in the garden for a billion years; if he did, you really need to rethink the whole Christian idea that the earth is only a few thousand years old. And give up the literal interpretation of the six days of Creation.
So which way do you want it?
Geez. Folks just love to keep changing the rules of their own games, don't they?

If you had studied evolution would you still believe that there was a garden and an Adam who lived in the garden a billion years ?

The fact that he is a myth puts a hole in the argument. It does not matter if you say he live 100 billion years, I don't care and it has no effect on evolution. We do not just believe because it accepts that the earth is billions of years old. You have made nowhere near a point. I do not know why you even asked this.

First, please word that in case you're following a strictly biblical timeline that Adam might have existed interior the Neolithic age, no longer the fore stated bronze/ iron age. 2nd, is this some thing you're rather drawn to or is this in basic terms yet another attempt to disprove the Bible without utilising any reason to it? That stated, the Christian answer is that God allowed the 1st people to stay enormously long lives. the assumption at the back of it rather is to populate the earth. Adam's long existence and fertility could have been the artwork of God and not of nature. After the flood God does shorten guy's lifespan to decrease the evil guy commits.

Getting away from the 'if's, Adam did live awhile before Eve was created.
Relatively speaking though, it wasn't long before God saw Adam was lonely.
After all, Adam saw that the other creatures of the earth had mates. The rest is history.

I would not believe in evolution, even if Adam didn't live in the garden, or even if he had never lived.Common sense tells me I didn't come from a worm. This is something to ponder next time you go fishing and use "worms" for bait.

Um... what does that have to do with anything? First of all there is no proof of this other than your word, not even the dubious proof of being mentioned in the bible. And untill you can give me hard proof that it;s wrong, yes, I still believe in evolution.
