I have the Microsoft Outlook email, so I moved my sbcglobal email too it, so the email comes there. It worked once, and now I can't get it too send or recieve any of my mail. I have tried sending some, it didn't work. I also had my mom email me. I didn't work either. So I guess my real question is how can I fix my email? Thanks!

It worked just once?

Things to check....

1) Check to make sure Outlook has the proper password. Open outlook. Go to --> Tools --> Email accounts --> View or Change an account, Highlight your email account then choose Edit or Change Account. The window that pops up will be where you can enter the password again. Check the box that says something like "remember password", check the rest of the info and click ok.

2) Log into your SBC Yahoo account, and make sure it's not locked out. When you automatically check your mail with another program, sometimes SBCYahoo requires you to enter a code because it notices that it's access more than normal and if it happens too much, it will lock the account until you login and enter a code. It's a precaution against spammers and programs that like to guess passwords to email accounts.

OK I had this problem before and still couldn'/t figure it out. I think maybe google search or do you have your computer info book that shows what to do? Good luck!

Your incoming and outgoing mail servers are probably set wrong, or your username and password.

Check this webpage for specific incoming and outgoing servers.
