Something similar to me has happened on many occasions. I would feel like I was falling over, almost that the Earth's gravitational field was altered for some reason. But I barely moved at all and snapped back the next instant. I'd like to see what would happen if the feeling keep on going even if I'd look like a severely mentally handicapped person, it could be excellent documentation for doctors to diagnose these symptoms.

I call it a premature random fainting spell myself although they happen when I am sitting down, never when I am standing up. Plus I have never actually fainted (in my life) and I don't think you will actually faint if the feeling goes on.

But I know what you're going through, they haven't been happening lately too much. Plus they seem to happen when I am laidback, relaxed and rather daydreaming to be honest, not really paying attention to what the person is actually saying who's speaking since it always happens when someone is talking for me too.

With the "Sitting there and not doing anything" thing, you probably made a real jerky movement that caused something to go odd with your head.

I have the same thing, but I learned it was from my anemia. If I make a sudden movement, or if I stand up, I get this odd feeling like something hit me, then I get dizzy, and once I collapsed.

I suggest you go see a doctor or take it a little bit easier. I learned that my dizzy spells come more often when I am in a lot of stress.

Go and see a doctor. Sometimes I get something like that. Everything turns dark and dizzy. But it's only after many hours of gaming.

Do you think that you may have stood up too fast, or sometimes if you have low iron in your blood you get light headed a lot. But of course you should see a Dr. just to make sure nothing else is wrong.

anytime something odd happens with the head, you need to see a dr immediately. I had something weird happen once and even though it didn't hurt, I almost fell out of my chair and was dizzy. I called the nurse and they told me to go to the ER immediately.

if i had to guess i would say a drop in your blood sugar level or a sudden change in your blood pressure - whichever the case may be - it would be best to consult a physician...

both can be fairly serious if left untreated...
