I don't think she'd write letters herself because of security threats, I suppose she uses the public's Tax money to pay for security when she goes out to talk to these people in person. They said that on the news that there was a rise in Taxes and it went towards the transport of the royal family and their security. But if she did, I suppose she'd have to pay for it but it'd be from the money she receives from Tax payers so in actual fact she's not really paying is she? But I think the most sensible option is....I think she'd send a telegram, special delivery by someone she trusts? Not Royal Mail...I wouldn't trust them to deliver a lump of gum! I wonder who her friends or people she sends letters to are? I think she'd most likely call them though. I could see her writing letters though. All I know is, it wont be by anyone but her people delivering the letter if she sends them and the money comes from us whatever she does! If she sits eating crisps and Little Britain, we're paying for it!

Ever heard of Royal Mail. The Queen pays for everything. She is a one woman industry. Or, would you prefer a regime. Of course she pays for stamps. She pays for everything, it is just you do not see her do it. You do not know her. But, without her, the church, or the police, or the army would rule, then you would not need to know who buys the stamps, because, it would be you.I think she would insist to pay for the mail. It, after all is her own company, and you don't drink yer own beer, when yer own the pub.....
