Im sick of hesitating im sick of being shy im just fed up with all that s h i t. I wanna do something about it but i really dont know what to do. What should i do? Like you know you wanna do something and you just dont do it? i hate when dat happens what should i do??

Oh and being paranoid too! s h i t like if im sitting down at my desk at school and some girl or boy is looking in my direction i always look at them at the corner of my eye and idk ive been doing that since like forever. What can i do to get rid of this thing??

Many anxiety disorders cause paranoia. Go see a therapist and get help building up your self confidence. medications will also help.

O.k first understand this. You are a queen and all that. O>k. Now who give s a Shi*t about what other people are looking at? They better. You have to get a sweet but a funky attitude. Stop caring so much about stuff that doesn't really matter. Think like... Do you care what happened at school 2 yrs ago? So you won't care about this craap later. Sit down and think; who is funky that you can hang out with. That's the best way to learn. Who do you like to be? Mentors.. Pick some one who has it all...NO loosers pls.

Yes it does sound like you have a social anxiety disorder. You can over come this by see a therapist. Its not really a phobia but kind of like a phobia you just have to face your fears. But for right now talking to a therapist might be your best way to go, so they can see if there may any underlying psychological problems you may not know about. Good luck

simple you've got to find someone thats trust worthy to talk to like the counselor at school or go to "emotions anonymous" thats on line and has meetings and books to help understand the mind and why its working the way it seems i went to meetings and read the books for four years and thats good for me i feel better and am less paranoid and at least thinking that theres a problem and recognising thats the start to the solutions you need

No, your infant would be ok. do no longer take something to your chilly without consulting your universal practitioner. I had 4 babies and not fails... continually had a chilly or flu. i grow to be only waiting to take Tylenol. Get some relax, consume some poultry soup and drink orange juice and many beverages. get greater advantageous!

Hate to say this but you are at 'that age', yes you think everyone is looking at you, they probably are. You need to wear some plain red or plain orange underwear, red will give you confidence and orange give you energy, or you could wear bright yellow to give you clarity of thought.

Talk to your doctor-maybe you have social anxiety and there are alot of medications that will help you get over it
