You need a specific test for HIV in the blood. Unless you have really big problems, you won't have that much blood in your urine (hopefully, none at all). You can get a free test in the male or go to your phone book and look for Hiv/Aids centers. Most give free trests and info concerning those if you want your privacy.

Are there tests that don't involve drawing blood?
Yes. HIV antibodies - produced by the body to fight HIV - can be detected in the urine through an ELISA test. However, urine testing for HIV antibodies is not as sensitive or specific as blood testing.
Oral fluid tests, in which oral fluids are collected from the inside of the mouth, are also offered at many clinics and HIV testing locations. If a person tests positive on an oral fluid test, blood tests would then be used to confirm HIV infection.
___________________________________________________________________________________
The standard tests that detect HIV antibodies are very good. The combination of the ELISA antibody test (the standard screening test) followed by the Western blot or IFA (confirmatory tests) is able to detect signs of HIV infection in almost 100 percent of HIV-positive blood, urine or fluid from the mouth.

You probably need blood work if you are concerned. If you are trying to make sure that HIV doesn't show in a routine u/a for drugs at school or work, they aren't looking for that and it won't show in a drug analysis.
