Frozen grapes and berries. They get kinda crunchy so it's like you are eating chips or popcorn. I like a little cruch so it works for me. If you are doing an Atkins like diet, then keep lots of proteins in your fridge, like cheese, meats, chicken, hard boiled eggs, tuna salad, etc.

You should consider the caloric density of whatever you choose to eat. This the number of calories that are in one gram of that food. So take the the number of calories and divide that by the number of grams. An apply has a caloric density of .59 grams. Fruits are a great snack and small amount of cottage cheese alone or with fruit mixed in can make a great snack. The key thing is not to pack on a lot of calories in one sitting.

A little bit of chocolate!
OK, so I should say fruit or a small bowl of cereal with milk or all that stuff. But when you're dieting and depriving yourself of too many things, you can fall apart and start eating everything that doesn't move.
So, have a little bit of chocolate - a small square of dark chocolate or a cup of lowfat chocolate milk or a cup of coffee with some Hershey syrup poured in...chocolate, but not too much.

Fruits, veggies, nuts, jello. I personally like trail mix, it has a bit of everything. You can also go to some stores and make your own; mix and match all sorts of combinations. It all comes down to what exactly you like. But you can't go wrong with fresh fruit and veggies.

If you like rice cakes you can put a little peanutbutter on it. This helps spice it up a little. Apples and peanutbutter are pretty good too.

Grapes & Vanilla yogurt.
But they can't be the sour ones.
Try red or purple.
