Oh Man do I agree! I see some people with 6 kids who should not have had the first one. Amazing to me that there are so many who want children and would make awesome parents and they can't conceive and then you have those who don't want any and can't take of them and have a litter! I have a friend who is one of those who never have had her first. She is a terrible mother. Very selfish. Not everyone is parent material.

Yes I do even thou it might be wrong some should if you can not care for yourself you should not be allowed to have kids then they become other peoples problems

You need a license to drive a car or get married but anyone can have a baby... sadly

I totally agree. People who don't take care of their kids but they keep on having more, just makes me so mad! people who abuse them are even worse. Ooh don't get me started.

Anyone who's had a drug baby should be required to use birth control. My sister used to work in the ICU for babies and the drug babies were so sad!!!!

Yes, very much. this should go to major drug users, people who know that they abuse kids, and people who are trying to make there marrige last longer.
