Yeah. I guess Yoga is okay. I've done it before. It helps you clear your mind and relax. It's best to it at the end of the day so you can "Yoga" away all your troubles that the day has brought you. Anyway hope this information helps ypu! :-D

I think it's because it helps you relax...... And if you ask ¨why is it good to be relaxed¨'cause it makes you think of other things,not only problems.... And Yoga helps you be more confident..... Well that's what i think... I don't know much about this so... I'm sorry!

It relieves stress, Stress will kill you faster and more painfully than any cancer or disease.
If it works for you, Do it, If not find a different stress reliever.

well my sister does it regularly and it builds up muscles at your calfs thighs and just all around gets you stronger. I dont kno if it helps you lose weight or anything but it does make you stronger!!!
