I don't really like eating healthy, but I have found that I really like these cups of fruit that they sell at the grocery store.
There is one called citrus salad that is grapefruit, oranges, and I think tangerines. There is also another one called tropical medly that is pineapple, pears, and something else. They make a great snack instead of unhealthy chips.

For starters, this isn't food, but you should take a multi-vitamin/mineral tablet twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.
I'm obviously not going to get the best answer here because I'm not being specific enough, but you should get enough protein, carbohydrates, and HEALTHY fats every day. The recommended daily allowance for a 2000 calorie diet for protein is about 50 grams. Just look on the Nutrion Facts on the backs of food products and let's say you consume a hard boiled egg, which has about 6 grams of protein in it, you have just taken in 12% of your RDA (recommended daily value) of protein. Don't take in more carbohydrates than you are burning every day, unless of course you want to gain weight. And as for healthy fats, things like olive oil (my favorite), flaxseed oil, cod liver oil, etc., are what give you the NEEDED healthy fats every day. A lot of people think that all fats are bad. Not true. Any kind of fat that remains a liquid, like the above mentioned, at room temperature is a good fat. Stay away from vegetable oils and such when using them to cook.
Good luck.

Any flavored water is healthy and not as boring as plain water. Try Fruit 2 O....thy have yummy flavors. Crystal Light is also good but it does have some claories in it...not much but if you're counting calories keep that in mind.

get yourself a juicer and mix vegetables with a fruit for an anti oxidant drink full of vitamins but no fiber so You'll have to still eat celery sticks, grains or a fiber additive.
