Life is a Temporary Assignment?

Question

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen.

For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
2 Corinthians 4:18 (NIV)

In God's eyes the greatest heroes of faith are those who achieve prosperity, success, and power in this life, but those who treat this life as a temporary assignment and serve faithfully, expecting their promised reward in eternity.
Your time on earth is not the complete story of your life. you must wait until heaven for the rest of the chapters. It takes faith to live on earth as a foreigner.

This is a temporary world and every thing here has a time limit. When its times comes it will die, come to an end and finish. Neither the good things of this world are forever, nor the bad things eternal. We are here for a short time and we are being tested. Those who will pass this test they will find an eternal world that is perfect and permanent. Those who will fail this test they shall see the evil consequences of their sins and corruption.

Well you and me and all of us here are ... someone sent by god..


as the agents to do specific works... he created the universe in such a manner that you migh be here as well as manywhere else.. and everyone of you dont know that all r being here..


and yes it is" all of us are on temporary assignment" god sent us.. develop us... use us whenever required to do.. and then after your work being completed call you back n return you in a different role...




for example to run a nation a president is to be there... but imagine in a buil up of that person a no of peoples ,situations, circumstances act for several years... and to fulfill these things god needs peoples who do those acts for years... and thus a nation build up... as far as the president is concern.. and then he turns the nations future...

this whole process goes on and on and on... for years...





just like that you me all people in touch of us , others , even still bodies like house, vehicles,trees animals... even sun moon.. galaxy etc... all are here for ust a temporary assignment to run the universe


it is a vast subject to discus upon... just i think yu get the point

This is also where we get the GIFT of a Physical body. The physical body is carnal by nature, liking things that it should not and we must learn to control those feelings to live a righteous life...

I believe that when we are resurrected that our bodies will be just like they are here on earth except they will be perfect (no painful joints or deformities, etc)... one exception to this is Jesus, who kept the marks from his Crucifixion.
