I have been eating the best and healthiest diet for one year and excercising everyday and I have not lost one bit, but I can run faster and longer distance and have greater endurance and a smaller dress size. I think that I have just slimmed down by replacing fat with muscle.
11 days is not enough time to loose more than a few pounds or a kilo or two, and if you did loose any ...it could be masked by water retention.

You are on the right track. Don't give up. You have decreased your calories and increased your exercise. That is the way to lose weight! You haven't been succesful yet so you need to adjust your program. To have to adjust your plans after you start anything new is one of the keys to being successful at anything.
I would suggest that you get a book that gives the calories of all foods. Pick an an amount of calories that you think will cause you to loose weight. I would suggest 1800 cal to start. Plan all of the food you will eat the next day so that the total amount is 1800 cal. Whenever you eat write down what it is and how many calories it is. This won't be hard because you have looked that up the day before. Keep a journal where you record what you ate and how many calories it was, each day. You can also put in how much exercise you did.
One of the things you can do to increase your exercise is to walk up 2 or 3 flights of stairs every time you would normally use the elevator. If you need to go to the fifth floor, get off on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Park your car farther away from where you're going than you normally do, so that you walk more during the day.
If you don't lose weight doing this, decrease your calories to 1500 a day. Space what you eat throughout the day so that you don't go more than 2 or 3 hours with out eating something. That way it is easier to ignore your feelings of hunger. Eat when and what you planned whether you are hungry or not. That is one of the keys to success.
Don't eat less that 1200 cal a day and take a multi-vitamin/mineral every day. That way you will know that you are getting proper nutrition. It's also helpful to join a support group like Weight Watchers so you can be with other people who are working on the same thing. They will tell you to go by exchanges
instead of counting calories. They do this because it is easier than counting calories not because it is better. Also exchanges are better for nutrition than counting calories if a person counts calories and gets all their calories from pie and cake. I don't think you would do that.

Sometimes it takes longer than expected to lose weight. What happens is that your body is adapting now to an abrupt change from a lazy metabolism to a faster one. Your metabolism is going to catch up speed slowly while your body starts deintoxicating; after you reach that first step, losing weight will be easier but keep your pace. Remember, if you slow down with the exercise or diet or start bad habits again your metabolism slows down also. Keep up and achieve the goal, TIME is the key.

You did not provide your height and weight. If you are fit already there is no way you are going to see results. What are your past habits like? Did you make a sudden drastic change? If it is very different then probably your body is going to retaliate by storing fat. You need to be on a balanced diet instead of going one way and swinging around in the next....

I don't know if they work, but I've read they do: Do a complete colon cleanse. I've read that by doing that alone you can loose a few pounds. I think it was between 3 and 10 pounds. I also read that if you take 2 tablespoonfuls of virgin, organic, unrefined coconut oil a day (one in the morning and one in the late afternoon) for 30 days, that you will probably loose 10 pounds.
If you decide to try this, please tell me if it works.

Visit your doctor!
Do some other type of exercise that is more challenging.
How MUCH food are you eating? Just cause it's low-fat, doesn't mean you can lose weight. Watch your portions.

Give your body time. You are retaining water because your body isn't used to being properly hydrated. Don't give up. It hasn't even been two weeks. Also - ONLY WEIGH IN THE MORNING, before you eat or drink anything. That is your truest weight
