See a psychiatrist who can help find the cause of the paranoia. You may need to make a behavioral change or take medications. If YOU think you are paranoid that is hopeful for a successful treatment.

Bull crap! Paranoia can be cured. But it takes therapy. A good caring shrink who actually has a plan will work wonders. I know. When I came home from the war I thought everyone was watching me, had it in for me. But, after years of therapy I no longer BELIEVE people are watching me, I KNOW they're watching me, just waiting for me to slip up. But they won't get me hahahohohehe.

You need to go and see your gp and explain your syptoms to them as paranoia is a symptom of most mental illnesses including depression. You may need referral to a psychiatrist to have them assess how bad your paranoia is and/or a therapist to talk through rationally why you are feeling so paranoid and what you are paranoid about.

Usually it takes medication. Some therapies might help too.
The main problem with curing paranoia is that the patient is usually too paranoid and mistrusting (especially in regards to doctors and authorities) that they don't seek help.

Stop drinking both caffeine and alcohol and stop any other substances you may be using. If not doing any of these things already, see a doctor.
