First one is right. All the other ones are wrong or have a nasty meaning, don't say those. Say the first one.

From all the answers listed before, I prefer the one from Chrxs.
The first one uses "sóbame" which, although may be correct, it sounds kind of weird to me ... (maybe because "sobar" can also be used in a sexual context) .... The suggestion from Chrxs "frótame" could be more appropiate, and the rest of them -as stated by one *Vane*- are completely nasty! ... Shame on those guys!!!
Finally, I speak Spanish and I would say:
¿Me pones bronceador en la espalda, por favor?
