I work in Korea, but am a US citizen. I want to buy reputable lottery tickets online. Do you know where I can do this. Also, if I won,but am not living in the States, would this be a problem?

I'd suggest buying a subscription to your home state's lottery games. One payment for three, six or twelve months usually and they keep track of the winnings. If you hit a big payout, they send you a check. If you hit the little ones ($2 or $5), the lottery agency holds the money in an escrow account and sends the total to you at the end of the subscription cycle.

Neat, easy and you don't have to check the numbers every week. Hoever, you should check to see whether or not your particular state has any restrictions about overseas play. At worst, you can get a stateside friend to get the subscription and keep track of your winnings (or losses).

There's a link to PLUS Lotto, which you can play online. Part of the money you play goes to the Red Cross. You can play from any country.
