My girl broke up with me a month ago because she was scared to get hurt again so she wanted to be friend with me and get to know each other more and build a friendship. However, she did tell me she is not elimnating the fact that we will date again.Since then we start to talk again, but I rarely see her. She would call me once in awhile and talk breifly, and i would call her. But sometimes she doesn't call me back. Now she wants to go workout with me, i don't know if she wants to hangout or just come and workout. Also, I asked her if she still want to hang out with me, she said"yes" but I don't see her inviting me to do anything with her or with her friends as a group. So is she waiting for me to ask her to go hangout? Or is she just being nice to me? She does work alot and go to school. I don't know what to think, and I really want to see her more.

I don't know ... think of some other things you two can do besides work out ... see if she's game. It's a real good idea to be friends first.

That kinda sounds like an excuse to me. Maybe she just looks at you as more of a friend. So be her friend. Invite her to do stuff with you. Time will tell. But don't get your hopes up.

Go workout with her and see what happens. Don't put too much pressure on her or yourself. If it is going to work then you'll both know. If not, enjoy the time at the gym.

just ask her whats going on. tell her it's great to be friends first to build the relationship up but she is not being a friend. tell her you like her a lot and you want to see her more to make it work. be honest with your feelings.

Sounds like she's not ready for a relationship or just not into you. Move on with you life, I wouldn't wait around for her.If you can be friends great, but if your looking for romance, maybe you should be looking elsewhere.

right now I think that you should just think of her as a friend right now so you don't end up hurt, and what's the deal with her still wanting to hang out and just be your "friend", I think there is another guy in the picture and she wants to string you along until she gets bored with him. lots of luck....

Just be cool. Give her space and go with the flow. Don't necessarily stop dating others.

She is being charitable. You broke up. Accept it and move on. You don't need this.
