Well most of your sexual experts say that if you are not having sex with your partner at least once a week you are having problems. First does she have a problem talking about sex.She may have been brought up in such a way that she is sexually frigid, either from parental pressure or from a traumatic sexual experience & if she is not willing to talk to you of these things then she has problems beyond sexual. If this is the case & you are not talking about your feelings as well as hers then you either need to seek outside help or move on. That would all depend on your level of involvement with your woman. Good luck & sex only once a month is a problem.

Well, then have sex once a month. However, finding a partner that feels once a month is enough might prove to be a bit of a problem... Good luck!!!

If you cannot handle it tell her your desires. Let her know that you would like it more often. If she cannot make a compromise then you have to make the decision if it is that important of an issue for you. If so then you will need to seek someone else that has a higher sexual appetite.

If you really like her, then it should be worth it. But lots of people really feel that sex is important in a relationship. If that is the case with you, find someone else with the same libido as you. Hey, but if you stay, maybe she'll eventually cave in ;)

Sounds like she's not into the sex or the guy..maybe the sex is bad..maybe she's never had an orga** and she doesn't know what's she's missing. Or maybe she's extremely busy.
