I'm busy and most of the time I don't feel like leaving home to workout. My mom owns a hotel, and we have 4 stories , so naturally 4 flights of steps. I want to run up and down the staircase constantly with 15 pounds. After that jump in the pool to cool off and swim for a half an hour to an hour. So is this stupid or can I pull it off and keep up my good shape?

i think thats a really good workout, swimming is really good for you

great plan now do some abs to get that great six pack keep it up
