Occasionally, Asians do get "waterproof" hair like a lot of African Americans.

it is long and dull, yet i visit declare this. Race has greater to do with sociology than biology. Races and ethnicity have been better via people based on the area from which they lived in. And in spite of the actuality that categorical persons have better a resistance to a definite ailment that would not advise that all and sundry the persons of that "race" have an identical resistance. lower back, race is plenty greater on the subject rely of sociology than it does to biology. decrease a human open from East Asia, you're gonna locate an identical element in a human from the Sub Sahara

Very simple scientific answer.
We have many twists per strands, giving it a "kinky" look. It's mother natures way of looking out for her children. If we were out on the plains of Africa with straight hair, our stuff would burn up and we'd be too hot. Don't look down on it or think of it as bad, think of it like this. Orientals have the exact opposite of what we have. Very very straight hair, and have trouble having some of the hairstyles that People of our decent have. I took advantage of my "kinky" hair properties and now I have waves all over my head! ;)
