Nexxus has a product called Y Serum that helps make the hair less frizzy. It's for older hair (according to the advertising), but works on younger hair, too. Rusk Str8 is good, but I find I still need to use a little John Frieda's Frizz Ease with it to tame the mane.

Henna can also help. It's a pain to apply, but lasts for weeks. It comes in neutral, so you can use it without changing your hair colour.

Have you tried Sun Silk? This product just came out and I have had great luck with it. My previously frizzy hair is now soft curls.
Hope this helps.
