They definitely appear in feces, but I'm not sure about vomit.

The whole intestinal thing was my first thought, too, but one of my coworkers at the vet's office said otherwise. So I guess my dog just ate something strange and gross and then barfed it back up. As usual.

Not usually, however roundworms do.

usually you only see tapeworm segments in fecal material. Most other intestinal parasites can be vomited up however.

Nope, they live in the intestinal tract. So they only show up at the wagging end, not the barfing one.

Yes, they can. My cat threw up a tapeworm once. It was so disgusting! Just thinking about it makes me want to vomit!

Not normally. They usually just show in feces.

idk, they probably do but most likely its just chunks of food, human vomit looks the same way
