FIrst eat what can be wriiten about.
Next look at the label of everything you eat. They have info listed there.
Then go to that products website like, www.cambells beans.com.The caloric intake and nutritional info should be there.
All other foods, go to
www.ask.com
Ask what is the calorie of a serving of chicken soup, for example.
You should get an anwser.
Plan your menu for the week in advance. It doesnt have to be perfect but close. Write it all down. This is easy. Pretend you are going shopping.
Then next to the food item you wrote down, research the information. This project is fun!---and dont worry!

Okay..try to follow this
(total grams of speific nutrient) multiplied by (Number of calories per gram for that nutrient)=Calories of Nutrient
Next:
Divide (calories of Nutrient) by (total calories per serving)= Percent of Nutrient/serving
Got it?

Ex
Serving of Wheat 'n Chedder snack crackers
Total calories = 200
fat grams = 10
1. (10 grams of fat)x (9calories) = 90 calories of fat
2. 90 calories divided 200 total calories= 45% Fat= 45% of serving

i think that is a lousy homework assignment....but actually i do not know...not telling you to cheat but go somewhere and get a menu like at wendys and see how many calories are in each sandwich they make...and just act like that is what you eat...sorry to tell you besides that i would not know...or you may be able to buy a calorie book that has about the amount of calories in each food....

I don't think there is a website like that...most nutritional information is just on the label itself on the product...

Look on the package at the Nutrition Facts. It'll tell you all that.
