There are several methods. One is to make bunny ears, and send them through the hole. This is what ties them. Instead of making one loop, and then wrapping around to pull through, this way has you making two loops, and tying those, instead.

Aye. Two rabbits with sharing a common tail, hopping over one another as they go through the holes alternately, and after the last hole they become one, with their ears coming together like that of a bunny. Nice teaching method.

I know this one! I used it myself. First cross the laces and put one under. Make bunny ears, then make one go around the other and under through the hole.

That's weird. Don't know that one.
But to tie a bowline knot there's a story about a rabbit going into its hole.
