If you hold her up genlty under her front legs and her belly is rounded and if her nipples are more pronounced, and if she hasn't been spayed, and if she was allowed to go outside in heat.......She is PREGNANT!
You can always take her to the vet who will confirm or disprove she is pregnant. He should be able to tell you approximately how pregnant she is and if she's not too pregnant consider having her spayed and aborting the litter. Too many homeless unwanted animals in shelters all across the country that are euthanized everyday, even moms and newborns!

You can't until 3-4 weeks. Then, her nipples will go bright pink, and may get a little larger. After another week or so, she may start to 'show' slightly; and by 6 weeks, will definately start to show. She will have kittens anywhere between 61 and 68 days after conception, depending on her breed; the size of the kittens, the size of the litter, the environment she's in, etc.

well, the vet is one.. but i just knew when my cats were pregnant.... hold them by their stomach, if their stomach feels like muscle-ish stuff, then yes.. if it feels like fat, no......... her nipple's will be enlarged and pink if it is far into the pregnancy.. it takes 9 weeks until a cat has her kittens

If she starts getting fat. If she startes eatting alot. You can feel the babies move in the cats belly but don't press to hard.

If she delivers kittens then it's a sure thing that there was a pregnancy involved. If she has puppies then something else is going on.

Buy a test and test her the test look for hormones so it might be hard but it will work.
