is there any Veterans benefits because my dad was in vietnam

Yes there is a Military Academy in Missouri.
Your dad was in Vietnam means nothing.

Yeah theres JROTC at your local highschool. Sorry but no benefits there all you have to do is sign up for the class. It will actually help you if you want to join the military cause you will automatically come in as an E3
