Yes, believe it or not you have a constitutional right to brew a certain amount of beer and wine for personal use. I'm not sure about the amount for beer, but it's 200 gallons a year for wine. This has stood up to every court challenge put against it...plus...once you get good there is nothing like your own brew. Cheers!

Brewing is not the problem. It is keeping them fresh. For home brew, I would recommend immediate consumption.

actually, yes you can, i live not far from lynchburgh tennessee, a dry county, they make jack daniels there, just not allowed to sell it or serve it or buy it there.

federal law passed in 1978 by president carter says you can homebrew anywhere you want
