Everyone should have the opportunity to come here -legally- regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, creed, etc. etc. There should be no cap because this country's foundations are on the premise that everyone should have an opportunity to pursue their dreams and happiness. The ONLY people from Mexico that should be allowed here are the LEGAL ones. Thats why we have only a certain amount of Visa's Issued each year. Our country can only handle so many POOR people entering at one time.
